Wow Creations showcased their lavish annual Oscar gift lounge at the W Hollywood Hotel where many celebrities, VIP’s, stylists, photographers and media congregated in honor of the Academy Awards on Friday February 22, 2019. Wow Creations is extravagantly produced by Mark Harris and his twin brother Matt Harris, who are gastronomic connoisseurs of fine wine and gourmet cuisine worldwide. I briefly chatted with the beautiful and charming Erica Dann, Miss California USA 2019. Nick Vallelonga, two time Oscar winning producer/screenwriter of Green Book was happy to sample some of the many food delicacies, treats and gifting that the suite offered to its guests. I noticed that this year’s gifting suites had many Canna Hemp and CBD oil infused products. Some of the interesting vendors were Diamond Veneer , a high quality simulated diamond, LBC Acrylic Handbag Hanger, Meraki, CBD cocoa butter, an ultra-hydration lotion, Mrs Prindables extremely yummy Gourmet Caramel Apples, and theTenfed apparel ( www.tenfed.org) for every clothing item purchased, TEN meals are served to hungry children around the world! Rafi’s Choice Gifting Lounge by TAO Social Media was held at the elegant Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills on Friday, February 22, 2019.This elegant suite was spacious and flowing with sumptuous food displays and the Gran Cava de Oro Tequila’s Extra Anjeo delicious sipping drink. The Rafi Suite also displayed Rafi Anteby’s jewelry line, Bullets4Peace, brass casings bulged out and proudly worn by many celebrities. There was Parasuco jeans gifting, which retailed for $600-800 and were rather unusual looking and unique. Dr Nathan Newman M.D., had a suite where you could set up an appointment for a Stem Cell Lift. Suitkits by Sierra E had a clip on tie, which you could customize what tie you want attached with their rare earth magnets as well as a classy red pre-tied bow. Some of the other vendor were Gloria Hincapie Body Contour Art, Fab 5 Clothing, _FIDELITY poopy cute poo bag dispenser, Ornax CBD anti stress dietary supplements, Source Naturals gifted a box stuffed with their award winning nutritional supplements, and Crystal Safaris offered luxury safari trips to Uganda’s Impenetrable Forest, which includes game viewing as well as chimpanzee tracking. This sounds amazing and I am sure that many of the celebrities that were offered this exotic safari will have a phenomenal experience. There were about 30 vendors including Trikits.com supplies first aid kits and supports orphanages worldwide, WOLO “The World’s Best Travel Bar, J-Scent fragrance collection from Japan, Comfitude weighted blankets ,Cyndie Wade’s Custom Creations, featuring hand painted wine glasses highlighting all the Oscar nominated films, Bay Dog Biscuits, AR Tutor, flashcards and a tablet app created to help children with Autism, Beautiful Hair Products, Gem Junky Jewelry, Augustine’s Super Boost, the world’s first 100% Certified organic whole food supplement formulated for canines, Divine Spark Art, Nectar of the dogs wine, and Sportamix, a social media platform designed to be a core for athletes and coaches. There were quite a few famous “Instagram Dogs” doing red carpet interviews
GBK Annual Luxury Lounge in Honor of the 91st Academy Awards founded by Gavin Keilly,18 years ago ( GBK Productions). This elegant event took place at the opulent St Supery Tasting Salon on Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills on Friday February 22 and Saturday February 23, 2019. The lounge was stationed on two circular levels with the St Supery Vineyard from Nappa Valley stood in front of the dignified stair case up to the second level. I tasted their delicious Merlot, which was nutty and rich. My favorite vendor was U.SK Under SKIN, a high performance skincare line. I was able to interview the National Accounts Manager Wayne Lara, who had me sample the “Anti-Aging Dermaplump skin serum” on the back of my hand and it really made my hands look soft and youthful. I was given a sample of the U.SK cleaning and toning perfect rice scrub and it is terrific.(www.underskin.com) Wen Hair and Body Care ran out of products to gift but they had a stylist to freshen up your hair . AZN Labs, was gifting their new anti -aging “Afterglow Ampoule” to produce more fresh and youthful skin .It has ingredients from Korea and Japan (www.beautytap.com) Bridgewater Candle Company’s fireplace display of their aromatic candle collection was warm and inviting. For each candle sold, Bridgewater Candle Company donates food to orphans worldwide (www.bridgewatercandles.com) Other vendors where Lunchbox wax, Ettitude organic bamboo pillow cases, Sound of sleep “Lectro Fan Micro 2, Signature by Basicare beauty tools, and the FARM, a wellness boot camp/retreat that was gifting celebrities a “Weekend Warrior “ package to get in shape. GBK chose the charity “Reach Up, Reach Out” which assists orphans and widows in poor countries, focusing in East Africa ( www.reachupreachout.org)
What is impressive to me are the vendors and sponsors who create products that contribute to charities worldwide, orphans, the homeless, the sick and needy, cancer research , as well as designing learning programs to assist children with AUTISM and other learning disabilities .
